- Proposal: Establishing an award for the contribution to public health to be
presented every year; it would be presented for the first time at the
occasion of commemorating 100 years of the Institute

Possible concept of parallel sessions by fields (depending on the international/domestic experts
and oral/poster presentations registrations)
Option 1:
For each of the fields, 5 panelists per topic (guests invited from other scientific institutions in the
country and abroad) and a moderator (representative of the Institute Batut), session duration 90
minutes

Number of fields and number of topics per field shall be determined at a later date, depending on
the invited lecturers/panelists.
Option 2:
For one field, 2 panelists, 15 minutes each, followed by a 45-minute discussion; multiple topics
can be defined within each field.
Option 3:
Two moderators (co-chairs) and 5-6 oral presentations of up to 10 minutes each, for a total of 60
minutes per session, per field or per topic within a field (depending on the number of people
registered).
